i sent my order but i don’t know my total bill, what if my order is more expensive than I expected?

if your order total comes to more money than you wish to spend, we can edit it for you when we confirm the order, no worries! please note that a $5.00 packing fee applies to all orders

what if i forgot something on my list? can i edit my order once it has been submitted?

orders are not confirmed until we have contacted you, so if there is anything you would like to add or remove, we can help you with that before you make any payment.

when will my order be ready?

orders will be filled as soon as possible, generally 1-2 days depending on stock availability + packing time, we will contact you with our estimate after your order has been received.

i want to order food from the cafe, when will it be ready?

to provide the freshest and highest quality food, any orders for cafe goods must be placed before 2pm for pick up the next day. although we may have a lunch plate or doughnut available on the same day, we cannot guarantee that to all of our customers, so we ask that you order in advance and pick up the next day only.

there’s something i normally buy from you that isn’t on the form, can i add it to my order?

sure thing. when we contact to confirm your order, please let us know if there’s anything you would like to add, and we’ll do our best to get it in your box!

i’m a regular customer and know exactly what I want, can i just send my order to you without the form?

if you are a regular customer and would like to put through an order, feel free to send us an email or instagram message titled click and collect order with your shopping list including specific amounts required of each item. we will still need to call you to confirm and take payment over the phone, so we appreciate your patience as we check our stock and price your order :-)

what will my order be packed in?

all dry bulk goods will be packaged in recyclable brown paper bags, and liquids/ gels will come in sterilised glass jars or reusable plastic containers. we are trying our best to still eliminate single-use plastics while still guaranteeing the highest hygiene standards!

how do i pay for my order?

orders are paid upon collection unless you would prefer to pay by phone, whatever works!

can i get an invoice?

yes, all orders will go through our till system, so invoices can be printed or emailed upon request.

how do i know when my order will be ready for pick-up?

once we’ve received your order, we will stay in contact with further information about when your order will be ready, and can discuss any concerns about timing that you may have.

i want to order a larger quantity of something that you sell, how can i do that?

our click+ collect is aimed for general grocery shopping, but we do take special orders for bulk goods that we stock in the co-op, so if you want to order more than is available on the click + collect form, please give us a call (9417-4382) to arrange an order :-)
